The tourist tax of €2.50 per adult per night is not included in the price.

The room must be paid for upon arrival at the latest.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the room price is €10/night higher.

Prices may change in case of organized events and other extraordinary circumstances. Written confirmation of the price by the hotel is final.

The hotel reserves the right to change prices.

We can offer guests a discount between 5% and 20% on the prices listed on the price list during periods of low hotel occupancy.

The surcharge for a superior room is €15/night for a double room and a triple room and €25/night for a superior four-bed room.

Payment is possible by credit card Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa and Maestro or by a prepayment invoice.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations of guaranteed credit card reservations are only possible in writing via e-mail.

Cancellation conditions for individual guests, booking for 1  to 3 rooms:

for the period from 1.3.2024 - 19.12.2024:

- free cancellation up to 4 days before the expected arrival until 23:59

- in the case of cancellation 3 days before the expected arrival, cancellation costs in the amount of 100% of the entire confirmed reservation will be charged

- in the event of a no show, cancellation costs in the amount of 100% of the entire confirmed reservation will be charged

for the period from 20.12.2024 - 31.3.2025 (winter season):

- payment of the 1st night upon confirmation of the reservation

- in case of cancellation up to 7 days before the expected arrival, the amount of the payment for the first night will be withheld

- the difference of the entire reservation must be paid up to 7 days before arrival

- in case of cancellation 7 days or less before the expected arrival or in the case of no show, cancellation costs in the amount of 100% of the entire confirmed reservation will be charged

Exceptions are non-refundable reservations.

Cancellation conditions for groups booking more than 3 rooms (groups must pay a minimum 300 euro non-refundable deposit upon booking to confirm).

• up to 45 days before arrival without additional payment, except for a non-refundable deposit of 300 - 2,000 euros, 45 days - 30 days before arrival 40% of the total amount of the reservation, 30 days to 15 days before arrival 60% of the entire amount of the reservation, 15 days to 8 days before arrival 75 % of the total reservation amount, 8 days to 5 days before arrival 85% of the total reservation amount, 5 days to 3 days before arrival 95% of the total reservation amount, 3 and less days before arrival 100% of the total reservation amount.

In case of early departure or cancellations on the day of arrival, the hotel charges the stay in accordance with the reservation.

All credits and untimely canceled reservations or reservation changes are subject to the cancellation dates and conditions at the time of the original reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to use guests' credit card to charge any expenses that have not been settled at the time of departure. Such costs include, among others: late check-out from the hotel or charges due to early departure, unpaid costs of hotel products and services, and any damage to the facility. Damages include, but are not limited to, material and non-material damage, intellectual property damage, and falsely reported claims.

The room category that the guest has reserved will also be offered to them when they check in to the hotel. If the guest wants a higher room category upon check-in, it will be offered for an additional fee, if available.

If the hotel is overbooked, the hotel reserves the right to transfer guests to another hotel of the same category in the surrounding area.

The hotel reserves the right to not allow a guest to enter and/or to remove a guest from the hotel area in the event that an authorized person inside the hotel reasonably judges that the guest is under the influence of illegal substances, is not properly dressed, does not respect national laws and regulations or behaves in a violent, threatening or otherwise inappropriate manner.
